This condition is not just a normal disease where the person who has been contaminated with it will be instantly recovered. However, this health problem called COVID-19 is a serious sickness, in which it can even be the cause of a host’s death – most particularly if the person has a weak immune system.

The COVID-19, also known as the Corona Virus Disease 2019, that began in China then became a catastrophic illness that has been an epidemic in the country within only a small amount of time. After months or so, from the time when the new year has passed, this deadly sickness has instantly turned into a pandemic.

And last but not the least, making sure that your immune system is potent enough to fight off any viruses and illnesses.

However, abiding by the rules of the World Health Organization’s is not the sole thing that you must do in able to refrain from being corrupted by any vermin that are causing any sort of ailment.
